What are the key elements required for creating a meaningful life? What needs to shift in order for you to feel truly fulfilled, content, and at peace? Your Meaningful Life is your opportunity to discover, explore, and design a strategy for successful shifts in your life. By comparing and contrasting the four approaches of self-enlightenm

By means of discussion, along with individual and group exercises, you will gain valuable insight into your ways of coping with the different challenges associated with personal transformation. More importantly, you will develop your very own strategy as you determine what is truly meaningful for you.
