B.F.F. comme dans 'Best Friends Forever' ou bien alors 'Bunch of Fucking Feminists'. Cette soirée de quatre performances réunissant six artistes canadien-ne-s, allie son, image et art de performance. Tantôt plus ludiques, tantôt plus politiques, toutes les performances sont assurément incissives.

B.F.F. as in “Best Friends Forever' or as in 'Bunch of Fucking Feminists.” This performance evening brings together six Canadian artists who combine sound, image and performance art, in four works. Part playful, part political, all performances are definitely caustic.

REPLY WHORE is a personal meditation on the aging female performing body through an exploration of the 'Reply Girl' meme. Reply Whore est une méditation personnelle au sujet du corps féminin de la performeuse qui prend de l’âge à travers une exploration du concept du mème « Reply Girl ».

THE GHOST TACO is a piss-take on experimental music and performance art being “self-indulgent”. The Ghost Taco se moque de l'aspect complaisant de la musique expérimentale et de l'art de performance. C'est en fait une boucle dadaïste : le bruit que doit faire Tristan Tzara lorsqu'il se retourne dans sa tombe.

BETWEEN THE REEDS seeks to honour murdered and missing women from the Downtown Eastside of Vancouver through visceral soundscape and video installation. Avec l'œuvre Between The Reeds, Julie Matson et Adina Edwards veulent honorer les femmes disparues du Downtown Eastside de Vancouver, ainsi que partout au pays, en alliant un environnement sonore viscéral à une installation vidéo.

In TANTRicUM:A_ChatBox, genderqueer artists Johnston Newfield and Johnny Forever incorporate sound and video into an experimental, darkly comedic performance exploring danger, desire, and taboo in Internet-based dynamics. Dans TANTRicUM:A_ChatBox, les artistes non-conformistes du genre Johnston Newfield et Johnny Forever incorporent une trame sonore et une vidéo pour créer une performance expérimentale, teintée d'humour macabre, explorant le danger, le désir et les tabous qui sont au coeur des dynamiques queer dans les échanges sur le Web.
