Résumé :
During the last decades Internet-based file sharing networks have increased significantly. Hence, commercial piracy has become a widespread phenomenon in different types of business. We can observe that profits of legal producers as well as of pirates are influenced by piracy activity. So that it turns out to be natural the analysis of such interactions within the game theory context. The recent literature has tackled the piracy problem mainly in a static framework, in our work we want to tackle such subject in the dynamic context, either as an optimal control problem or as a differential game between the legal producer and the pirates.
