Description en anglais seulement
Vivienne Deane has been singing since an early age, where she entertained her family and friends. As a professional, Vivienne has sung for television, radio and live engagements such as the International Jazz Festival. She has recorded on many different occasions including movie sound tracks, other people’s albums and 3 of her own Compact Disc’s. She got her start when Oliver Jones requested her to be engaged at Biddles, a Jazz institution in Montreal. She worked with Tim Jackson and Skip Bey for close to 15 years, singing on out door stages and the quaint jazz bars. Her work with the Perry Carmen Orchestra lasted a year as she moved on to her own trio which Perry booked. Vivienne was contracted to do 4 half hour shows for the Bravo Television Network. These shows played for over 2 years and featured some of Vivienne’s originals. Vivienne also worked with Eval Manigat in the world Beat setting, recording an album and performing at the Jazz fest with his Big Band.
