In his exciting new exhibition, award-winning underwater photographer, Sean Havas, is proud to present his latest project, SHARK, at Galerie Espace. This collection of astonishing images captures rare moments with oceanic giants and brings them to life in this fine art photography showcase. Visually stunning and completely surreal, visitors are offered a glimpse through virtual windows into the sea through the eyes of photographer Sean Havas. Come face to face with sharks in ways never thought possible.

Taking the above Baba Dioum quote to heart, Sean Havas' latest exhibition is meant not only to astound but to show another side of these animals. Through SHARK, Sean will display his most beloved images; memories of his most intimate encounters with these incredible creatures. Displaying these images in the only way to truly do justice to these moments, Sean has mounted his photographs on large, cutting edge, 5 feet by 3 and a half feet floating pieces of glass.

For Sean, each work of art creates a portal into the ocean, allowing non divers and divers alike to be transported to these encounters that would otherwise never be possible for most. "Through my extensive experience in water with the world’s largest sharks, I know firsthand a side of sharks that most people would never believe existed. With this exhibit, I hope to bring viewers into my world and give them a glimpse of moments one would have to see to believe."

From a young age, Sean developed keen interests of adventure, wildlife and the arts. These same initial interests persisted and slowly matured into his life's defining passions. Beyond his passions, Sean can accredit his successes in all facets of his life to a constant determination to never back down from a challenge. His unparalleled drive toward adventure constantly transcends into his everyday life and is reflected through his unrivaled list of life experiences marking his footprint all over the globe. Through this uncanny devotion to adventure and challenge, Sean was naturally drawn to the water. Sean began his extensive relationship with the seas scuba diving and once introduced to the vast world of underwater photography he truly found his calling; an ideal combination of adventure, challenge, wildlife and the pursuit of perfection. Sean has dedicated his life to pursuing the oceans biggest sharks, in their natural habitats, in quest of the world's most impressive shots. His unmatched drive keeps him striving for the very top.
