Ohm Hourani (CA)

From playing BO18 in Lebanon to Stereo in Montreal he has gained massive support from enthusiasts and critics alike. His main goal is to infuse traditional techno sounds with groundbreaking engineering. Disco Bum (CA)
Description disponible en anglais seulement : Space-Aged, Techno-Funkbots Celia Bitszhmak, Elena Hugen Physt and Gregorio Clandestino join forces to create the outlandish live-show known as Disco Bum. With over four decades of combined experience, these eccentric vagabonds aim to take dance music community by storm with their hardware-laden live performances. Established in 2010 this trio has already made their mark on the industry with top-tier releases on imprints such as Incorrect Music, Bad Pony and Lot49 Records (Meat Katie). This boundary-less, unclassifiable unit of degenerates is poised to have a remarkable 2012.

GREG PIDCOCK
Originaire de l’Équateur, Greg Pidcock s’adonne au DJing depuis l’âge de 15 ans. Maintenant à Montréal, il se produit autant dans de petits loft parties underground qu’avec des producteurs internationaux tels que James Holden, Seth Troxler, Layo & Bushwacka!, Marc Romboy, M.A.N.D.Y., Green Velvet et Tone Depth. Avec des résidences mensuelles au Cherry et au Salon Daomé, ce DJ de 23 ans a déjà une feuille de route impressionnante et aspire à une carrière ambitieuse dans le monde de la musique.

Imported from the beaches of southern France, Azamat has spent many years organizing parties and events with his crew La Big Familia. He’s dj-d all over Europe in the finest clubs from Perpignan to Barcelona to Paris to Montpellier. He’s often called “your favorite dj’s favorite dj”. Catching one set by him and you’ll know why. He creates the dancefloor. Using his skills combined with his french sophistication to blend House and Techno with Rap and R&B.

Nick "Brutus" Grass (CA) : Description disponible en anglais seulement : Nick Brutus Grass is Boomclap’s hypeman. Every crew needs a hype man. Nick is perfect for the job. His infectious energy can be felt and radiates to the crowd. From his constant dancing to his MC skills. He’s not just a party animal though. He’s also making sure everything is vibing just right. Taking care of the boring back end work to make sure everything is 100% fun.

Markus G. (CA) : Description disponible en anglais seulement : Markus G. is the soundcrew’s American. Already established for being half of the DJ/producer duo LOL Boys. A duo that’s been adored and praised by djs like Salva, Teki Latek, Brodinski, Salva, Mary Anne Hobbs, Sinden and so many more. Markus brings his party DJing experience and ear for new sounds to the crew, pushing exciting and non-traditional sounds in a dance floor friendly context, while giving the crowd vivacity and excitement.

Skunch (CA) : Description disponible en anglais seulement : only adds to the intrinsic wow factor of the group. When he spins, it’s for one goal and one goal only – working a crowd into a body jackin’ mob.
