Perfect Pies 101 Workshop

Listen: It took me a decade to perfect pie-making, a beautiful but arduous ten years during which I had to learn and then unlearn everything I thought I knew. Making a perfect pie-- flaky, tender, crisp, and excellent-- is much easier than anyone realizes IF close attention is paid to details and common wisdom is forgotten. Come learn the ways of a pie magus, and have fun and eat delicious pie in the process! You will walk out a star.

The cost of the workshop is $35 and includes ample pie and coffee.
